Nothing is charged unless you pick a plan. - Every plan is a monthly subscription at the price on its card. - You can end your subscription at any time. It then runs to the end of the current billing month, and you keep making reels until it does. - No refunds for a started month, except where the law requires one. - On Pro, your changes and requests go first: a quicker response time to them. Day one ## What happens after you sign up 1. ### Create your account Sign up with your email or your Google account. A mobile number is optional: add one to get your reels by text, or use the web chat. No card and no plan to pick yet: your first week is free. There's an optional coupon-code field if you have one. 2. ### Set up your market and brand Your name, your metro and the tone you want are all that's required to continue. Brokerage, headshot, logo, brand colors, phone, contact email, website, specialties and your usual call to action are part of the same step. 3. ### Then the work starts arriving Reels and carousels come as a weekly drop, or you can press Generate now. You read the script, edit the text or ask for a change, approve it, then post it to your connected Instagram by replying “yes”, or download the finished reel and its caption. There's no card and no plan to choose, because your first week is free. Add a mobile number if you want your posts by text, or use the web chat instead. Then tell Paper Route your market, your branding and how you like to sound, and it gets to work on your first reel. ### Do I have to film anything? No. Paper Route makes your reels and carousels without you filming anything, and the reels still feature you, on screen and in your own cloned voice. If you'd rather film yourself, send the clips and Paper Route edits them into reels. ### How do I make changes? Reply to the message and say what you want: a different opening line, a new price, a sentence worded differently. Paper Route makes the change and remembers it for next time. It all happens by text, the way you'd text a colleague. No editing app, no Canva. ### Can I cancel? Yes, any time. Plans are monthly. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the billing month you've already paid for. ### Where do the facts come from? For a listing, sale or open house, from the details you enter for that property. For market updates, from market data for your metro that has been reviewed before it's used.
