Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything you make, upload or ask for with Paper Route, a service of Clearpoint Systems. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. What Paper Route is, and is not

What Paper Route makes

Paper Route makes real-estate content for a real-estate agent: reels and posts about your market, your listings and your business. Reels are rendered as short-form video with narrated audio, on-screen text, your uploaded headshot and logo composited as brand assets, and AI-generated images and video of you produced from your headshot — cover art and a podcast-style segment in which you appear speaking. If you opt in, the narration is in a voice cloned from your own voice sample.

What Paper Route is not

Paper Route only ever uses the account holder’s own voice and own photos, uploaded by them with their consent, to produce their own content. It is not a face-swap, deepfake or face-manipulation tool: you may not upload or clone another person’s voice or likeness. We use no camera or identity capture, and create no real-time or interactive avatar.

Paper Route is an independent product built on third-party AI models; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies that make them.

2. What is allowed

Real-estate content about your market, your listings, your business and your advice to buyers and sellers.
Your own voice and your own photos, uploaded by you with your consent.
Facts you can stand behind: accurate prices, addresses and listing details.
Content you have read and approved before it is published.

3. What is not allowed

You may not use Paper Route to make, request, upload or publish any of the following.

Sexual content. No sexual, explicit, pornographic, NSFW or sexually suggestive content of any kind, in any form: text, images, audio or video.
Content involving minors. No content that sexualizes minors or puts them at risk.
Violence and self-harm. No violence, gore, or content that promotes or depicts self-harm.
Harassment and hate. No harassment, threats, bullying, or hateful content about any person or group.
Illegal activity. No content that promotes, assists or depicts illegal activity.
False or misleading content. No content that is false, or that misrepresents a listing, a price, a property or your services.
Discriminatory housing content. No content that breaks fair-housing or advertising rules, including content that favors or excludes people because of a protected characteristic. You are responsible for reviewing what is published under your name.
Anyone else’s voice, face or likeness. Do not upload, clone, generate or render another person’s voice, face or likeness. Use only your own, as described in section 1.
Impersonation. Do not pretend to be another person, agent or brokerage, and do not use another agent’s or brokerage’s logo or name as if it were yours.
Getting around our checks. Do not try to bypass, trick or test the limits of our content checks, for example by rewording a refused request to get the same result.
Spam and abuse. No spam, no automated bulk misuse of the service, and nothing that harms the service or other people who use it.

4. How this is enforced

What you type in and upload may be screened by automated checks, and a request that fails a check is refused. We may remove content, refuse a request, and suspend or close an account that breaks this policy, with or without notice. A paid plan does not change what is allowed.

5. Reporting a problem

If you see content made with Paper Route that breaks this policy, or you think your voice or likeness has been used without your consent, email support@trypaperroute.com. Include a link or a description so we can find it.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The dated version above is the one in force.
