Privacy Policy

Your brand, listing facts, content strategy, and feedback are used to create your weekly written content and rendered video. We don’t sell your data, we don’t run advertising trackers, and we never generate a synthesized avatar or clone your voice or likeness — see “Media generation” below.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

Things you provide:

• your brand profile: name, brokerage, headshot, logo, brand colors, contact info;
• your content strategy, package edits, feedback, and recent-content history;
• listing details you add, including the facts used in a listing package;
• market facts, source links, and the optional housing/economic news used for research;
• your sign-in profile (email, display name, avatar) from Google, via Supabase Auth.

3. Media generation

Paper Route is faceless-only: we never create a synthesized avatar, clone a voice or likeness, or use camera/identity capture. Your uploaded headshot photo(s) and logo are brand assets composited into your videos as-is (an intro card, a corner badge, a CTA card) — they are never sent to an AI model for generation or alteration. Narration audio is generated from your approved script text by ElevenLabs. AI-generated still images (charts, cover art, text cards) are produced by Google’s Gemini model, routed through OpenRouter; those images are never of faces or logos. Background music beds are pre-generated, checked-in audio assets, not generated per video. Google’s Gemini model also processes bounded editorial inputs for planning, writing, and compliance checks, routed the same way. Google Search grounding may research current housing/economic news and is called directly against Google; private listing addresses and agent contact details are never sent to Search or to any media provider.

4. Analytics and error tracking

We use PostHog for product analytics, with session replay that masks all input fields and blocks images/video/audio/canvas — your listing data and editorial content are never captured in a replay. We use Sentry for error monitoring; request bodies are not attached to error reports. See the “Cookie choices” control below to opt out of analytics.

5. How long we keep things

Approved content packages, source links, claim mappings, and their rendered video are retained for quality, compliance, and recovery. Rejected candidates are available only to operators for debugging.

6. Deleting your data

“Delete my account” removes your profile and account entirely. We keep two kinds of internal records after account deletion, stripped of your identity: usage/cost accounting entries and product event logs (e.g. “a content package was generated”), which no longer reference you personally.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves; the date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated on the site.
