The 10 best AI tools for real estate agents in 2026

Ten AI tools cover seven jobs an agent does each week, and only one of the seven is weekly social video. For a solo agent who wants that handled, Paper Route is the pick; the points below give the evidence and the prices.

Social posting is already a common use: 56% of REALTORS® who use AI said in 2026 that they use it for social media posting, the second most common use after writing listing descriptions at 75% (NAR Technology Report, September 2026).    Paper Route is a content employee for real-estate agents: weekly reels (market update, new listing, just sold, open house or educational) written from scratch. You pick how you appear: film yourself and get a professional edit, or get realistic AI video of you made from your photos, in your cloned voice. Either way it is delivered by text.

   Best for

   Solo agents and small teams who want the writing handled and either will film themselves for a professional edit or want AI video of themselves made from their photos.

2. Roomvu: auto-posted video

   Roomvu is an AI platform that auto-generates hyper-local, MLS-driven videos and posts them for you.

   Best for

   Choose it if you want its “Daily Auto-Post” to five networks, or a free account.

3. Coffee & Contracts: templates for Reels

   Coffee & Contracts is a membership of customizable social media templates, a content planner and email templates, with social content delivered fresh weekly.

   Best for

   Agents who enjoy editing their own content from a kit.

Seven single-job tools cover drafting, listing copy, editing, design, staging, follow-up and call notes: ChatGPT, Write.Homes, CapCut, Canva, Virtual Staging AI, Follow Up Boss and Otter.ai. None of their pages describe generating a reel of you.

1. ChatGPT: drafting text

   ChatGPT is a general-purpose AI chat assistant that drafts text and answers questions. Best for: a fast first draft, if you supply the facts. It does not know your listings; you resupply the facts each session.

2. Write.Homes: listing descriptions

   Write.Homes generates listing descriptions and social posts from MLS data, and its pricing page says every plan includes "fair-housing-safe writing". Best for: a first-draft listing description from the property facts. It drafts text and makes no video; choose it if you want first drafts from MLS facts. Our take: the free trial makes it low-risk. Read AI-written copy for fair-housing language before posting (our advice, not the vendor's).

3. CapCut: video editing

   CapCut is a video editing app with templates, for footage you supply. Best for: agents with raw footage who want to cut their own reel. It generates no footage of you, only what you filmed and uploaded.

4. Canva: graphic design

   Canva is a design tool; its pricing page lists AI tools (resize, translate, remove background, and more). Best for: static social graphics, flyers and resized posts that you finish yourself. It makes no video of you, and no face or voice of yours appears in its output.

5. Virtual Staging AI: staged photos

   Virtual Staging AI furnishes empty-room listing photos using AI. Best for: a vacant listing that needs staged photos before a shoot. It edits property photos only, never you. Our take: worth it only for vacant listings, since staging is all it does.

6. Follow Up Boss: lead CRM

   Follow Up Boss is an AI-assisted CRM with smart summaries, suggested tasks and predictive lead prioritization. Best for: a team with a shared pipeline that wants AI summaries and task suggestions inside its CRM. Some AI features work best with the FUB Calling feature. It does not write or post your content. Our take: choose it if a shared pipeline matters most, because cost scales with seats.

7. Otter.ai: call notes

   Otter.ai records, transcribes and summarizes calls, which covers buyer and seller conversations. Best for: a written summary right after a buyer or seller call. The free plan has 3 lifetime imports, and it does not write or post anything. Choose it if you take many buyer calls; our take: the free plan is enough to test it.

ChatGPT’s price was read in a browser on 3 October 2026. Our own arithmetic from our plan prices: Starter $29 for 6 posts is $4.83 a post, and Pro $79 for 16 posts is $4.94 a post.
