The 8 best done-for-you social media services for real estate agents in 2026
Done-for-you social media for agents comes in three levels: content made in your own name and voice, ready-made templates you adapt, or a fully managed agency that posts for you, priced $47 to $1,297 a month, every price read from the vendor's own page, checked 30 Sep 2026. Paper Route (trypaperroute.com) is a content employee for real-estate agents: weekly reels in your own voice, with your headshot and logo, nothing to film — entry 1, and that's us.

In short
Key takeaways
- 1. “Done-for-you” spans three levels: made in your name and voice (Paper Route, RealEstateContent.ai, Social Realtr, PropWalk), ready-made templates (Coffee & Contracts, Agent Crate, The Social Broker), and fully managed agencies (White Birch Marketing, from $697/month).
- 2. Prices range $47/month (The Social Broker) to $1,297/month (White Birch Marketing), read from each vendor’s own page, checked 30 Sep 2026.
- 3. Only two of the eight put the agent’s own cloned voice and face into finished video: Paper Route and RealEstateContent.ai.
- 4. Four of the eight post for you automatically; Paper Route delivers by text today, and auto-posting is coming soon.
- 5. Paper Route’s plans run $79 to $149 a month, 8 to 20 reels, up to 10 edits per reel, with a free first week: 3 reels, no card.
- 6. All eight cancel any time with no fixed term; Coffee & Contracts states it on its terms page rather than its pricing page, and White Birch Marketing adds a $299 setup fee.
What “done-for-you” actually means for an agent
The phrase covers three purchases. Made for you, in your name: content generated from your own likeness, voice or facts, posted by you or the service (Paper Route, RealEstateContent.ai, Social Realtr, PropWalk). Ready-made content you adapt: a template library you customize with your own photo and brand, then post yourself, sometimes with an auto-post add-on (Coffee & Contracts, Agent Crate, The Social Broker). Fully managed agency: a human team creates and posts everything, priced like a retainer (White Birch Marketing and similar agencies). A $47 membership and a $1,297 retainer aren’t the same purchase.

Made for you, in your name
Four services generate content specific to one agent; only Paper Route and RealEstateContent.ai put the agent's own voice or face into finished video.
Paper Route (that's us)
Paper Route is a content employee for real-estate agents: weekly reels written and generated from scratch in your own voice, with your headshot and logo, nothing to film. Five formats — market update, new listing, just sold, open house or educational; Starter carries market update and educational, Plus and Pro carry all five.
A 60-to-120-second voice sample clones your narration; skip it and a stock voice is used.
Plans: Starter $79/month (8 reels), Plus $99/month (12 reels, all five formats), Pro $149/month (20 reels, priority turnaround). Up to 10 edits per reel; monthly, cancel any time. First week free: 3 reels, no card.

- First week free, no card: 3 reels in 7 days. Then from $79 to $149 a month. See pricing.

- Best for

How to choose
Which to pick if…
- You don’t want to film anything. Paper Route and RealEstateContent.ai generate video from a headshot and a voice sample; everyone else needs footage you shoot or an agency films.
- You’re listing-heavy. PropWalk turns a listing into posts and a walkthrough video for $79.99/month; Paper Route’s Plus and Pro plans add listing and just-sold reels.
- You’re new, no listings yet. Paper Route’s Starter plan ($79/month) covers market-update and educational reels, which don’t need a listing.
- You want to stay under $100 a month. The Social Broker ($47), Agent Crate’s Create tier ($59), Coffee & Contracts ($74) and Paper Route’s Starter plan ($79) all fit.
- You want it posted for you today. Social Realtr, PropWalk, Agent Crate’s paid tiers and White Birch Marketing publish for you now; Paper Route delivers by text, and auto-posting is coming soon. See also the Roomvu alternatives list.
- You’d rather design it yourself. Coffee & Contracts, Agent Crate and The Social Broker are template libraries built for that.

What we checked, and what we ran
Every competitor fact above comes from that vendor’s own page, read 30 September 2026 and linked; where a billing toggle exists, both states are recorded. We did not hands-on test any competitor — every fact is “priced at” or “lists,” never “we tried.” The one non-vendor number: Paper Route’s price divided by reel count is $9.88 per reel on Starter ($79 ÷ 8) to $7.45 on Pro.
Also priced but left out for length: Keeping Current Matters’ Social Edge ($59.95/month, keepingcurrentmatters.com/pricing) and The Realtor Lab’s AgentPulse plan ($297/month, therealtorlab.com/pricing), both checked 30 Sep 2026. Curated Social and Blonde Waterfall publish no price; Foundation Social and Posting Agent are parked domains; Aibrify isn’t real-estate-specific.
