Which free tool can a real estate agent use?

Paper Route has one free tool today: the real estate commission calculator. It needs no sign-up. It works out what an agent keeps on one deal after the side split, referral, brokerage split or cap, team split and fees, and what a seller nets at closing. On the calculator’s default inputs (a $400,000 sale, 5.5% total, listing side, 70/30 split, $395 in fees; seller: $250,000 payoff), the agent keeps $7,305 and the seller nets $120,000.

  • Real estate commission calculator with broker split (2026)

The real estate commission calculator takes the sale price times the rate, then your side, then subtracts the referral, the brokerage share, any team split and fees, in that order. On the default inputs, $22,000 becomes $7,305; with $1,000 left before a cap, $9,605.

What does Paper Route do for an agent?

Paper Route makes an agent’s weekly reels and carousels and takes changes by text, up to 4 edits per post. Every script and caption is written from scratch, never a template. The agent is on screen and in their own voice in every reel, including generated scenes such as the podcast segment. The formats are market update, new listing, just sold, open house and educational.

Paper Route’s first week is free: 3 reels, no card, and the first reel arrives today if you sign up by 6pm local. See how Paper Route works or Paper Route’s pricing.

Paper Route is best for a solo agent who wants weekly reels made for them from scratch, featuring them on screen and in their own cloned voice, handled by text. Paper Route is not the right pick for an agent who wants to film and edit their own video.
