Roomvu alternativesfor real-estate agents

Roomvu is a real-estate marketing platform that generates ready-made hyper-local and MLS-driven videos and auto-posts them to your networks daily, on a free account or paid plans from $89.99 a month (checked 10 Sep 2026). Agents go looking for an alternative for two reasons that show up plainly in its public reviews: the content can feel generic, and the subscription can be hard to get out of.

Its Capterra reviews average 2.1 out of 5 from 18 ratings, with reviewers describing “very generic information and some times not very accurate”, a “low quality, repetitve [sic], automated IA system”, “Zero customer service” and subscriptions that “auto-renew unless you email to cancel” (checked 10 Sep 2026). Plenty of agents are happy with it — three of those 18 rated it four or five stars — so the list below is about fit, not a verdict.

Seven options

What each one is, and what it costs

Grouped by what you actually receive: template libraries first, then apps that turn listing photos into video, then services that hand you something finished, then the website platform that swallows all of it. Paper Route is one of the seven and it is ours — we have said so in its heading rather than hiding it in a disclosure at the bottom. Every price was read off the vendor’s own page on 10 September 2026 and linked; where a vendor doesn’t publish one, the entry says that instead of guessing. No affiliate links, and nobody paid to be here.

  1. 1

    Coffee & Contracts

A membership of editable social templates, reel ideas, captions, scripts, lead magnets, email drips and printed mailers, refreshed weekly, customized in their content studio. It makes no finished video for you and posts nothing; the site claims “Join 6,000+ top agents”.

    Price
$74 a month, $199 quarterly, or $740 a year (two months free), for one usage licence.
    Best for
Agents who enjoy making their own content and want a professional-looking kit to start from.

  2. 2

    Agent Crate

A content calendar and a library of more than 500 editable templates — reels, carousels and posts — with new content weekly. The $99 plan publishes four Instagram posts a week for you and pushes them to Facebook; the $199 plan delivers three branded posts a week “Designed in your brand colors”, with your logo, headshot and photos, scheduled to Instagram and Facebook.

    Price
$59, $99, $149 or $199 a month (Create, Automate, Grow, Branded Posts), two months free on annual billing.
    Best for
Agents who are happy to assemble posts themselves and want a cheap, steady supply of material.

  3. 3

    Reel-E

Upload the photos for a listing and it returns a property video with camera motion, music-synced cuts and several aspect ratios. Narration in your voice is not part of the offer — the site describes a royalty-free music library — and it does not post for you: you download and post the file.

    Price
“Plans starting at $44/month”, with a 7-day free trial that includes three listing videos.
    Best for
Listing-heavy agents who want a fast video per property and nothing else.

    AutoReel

Property videos built from your photos, with captions, music, branding, virtual staging, AI voiceover (“Clone your own voice or choose from a library of voices”) and AI avatars. It does not post for you. The free plan allows two watermarked videos a month with no card; paid plans carry a 7-day trial.

    Price
Not published on the pages we could read — the site names a free plan and paid trials but no plan prices.
    Best for
Agents who want to try photo-to-video free before paying anyone.

    Paper Route (that’s us)

A content employee rather than a library or a dashboard: it brings the ideas and the weekly drop, and you handle changes by text, like a colleague. Every reel is written and generated from scratch rather than filled into a template — the script around your metro’s actual numbers or the listing facts you entered, the visuals per reel, every claim mapped to its source — so two agents in the same city get different reels. And you are in it: your headshot and logo in every reel, your own cloned voice if you record a 60-to-120-second sample, and generated scenes of you, such as the podcast segment. Five formats (market update, new listing, just sold, open house, educational), 8 reels a month on Starter up to 20 reels a month on Pro. Nothing is posted on your behalf — you download the reel and the caption and post it.

    Price
$79, $99 or $149 a month. No free tier. Cancel any time.
    Best for
Agents who want a few reels a week in their own voice, with sourced local numbers, and don’t mind posting them.

    Social Realtr

Credits rather than templates: posts and video edits produced by “Real editors and designers who specialize in real estate”, then scheduled and posted to every channel for you. Video credits are spent on footage you upload, so you are still the one filming. Unused credits do not roll over.

    Price
$199, $399 or $599 a month (Rookie, Rising Star, Top Producer) for 12–20 post credits and 4–16 video edit credits.
    Best for
Agents who already shoot video and want people, not software, editing and posting it.

    Luxury Presence

Four plans — Launch, Brand, Scale, All In — each built on a designed website with MLS search, an AI CRM and CMAs, adding hyperlocal blog content, advertising tools, AI lead nurture by SMS and, from Scale up, done-for-you social media. It is a platform decision, not a content subscription.

    Price
Not published: monthly pricing is quote-only, there is a one-time setup fee that “varies depending on your plan”, and “All plans are a 12-month agreement”.
    Best for
Agents replacing their website and CRM at the same time, with budget for a year’s commitment.

How to choose

Three questions that settle it

  • Do you want it posted for you?Roomvu and Social Realtr post; Agent Crate posts on two of its plans; Coffee & Contracts, Reel-E, AutoReel and Paper Route hand you the file and you post it.
  • Do you want to make it, or receive it? Coffee & Contracts and Agent Crate give you templates to finish. Reel-E and AutoReel turn your listing photos into a video. Roomvu, Social Realtr and Paper Route deliver something finished.
  • Does it have to be your voice and your market? Narration in your own cloned voice is offered by Roomvu (from $89.99), AutoReel and Paper Route (on every plan from $79). Template libraries give you music and captions, not a voice.

If you are down to two, the line-by-line version is on Paper Route vs Roomvu. Prices and features move: if an entry here is out of date, tell us and we’ll correct it. Every product named here belongs to its owner; we are not affiliated with any of them and use no one’s logos.

If it’s our half of that list you want

Weekly reels in your own voice, with your headshot and logo, from $79 a month. Nothing to film.
