Terms of Service

1. The service

Paper Route (Paper Route) is a subscription service for real estate agents that generates approved written content and rendered short-form video from your brand profile, listings, current market facts, optional relevant news, and recent content history. Signup is self-serve: choose a plan to get started, no invite required. A coupon code for the founding rate is optional, not a requirement.

2. Your account

You must sign in with a valid Google account and provide accurate brand and listing information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts (prices, addresses, listing details) you supply — the product will not publish a number that doesn’t appear in what you gave it, but it cannot verify that what you gave it is correct.

3. Faceless media

Approved packages are rendered into faceless short-form video: narrated audio, on-screen text, and your uploaded headshot photo and logo composited as brand assets. We never create a synthesized avatar, clone your voice, or use camera or identity capture to generate media. Any future feature that would use your likeness differently requires your explicit consent and updated terms before it is enabled.

4. Fair housing

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you post, including content generated by Paper Route, complies with fair-housing and advertising rules that apply to you. You must review and approve every script before it is published; Paper Route does not review content for fair-housing compliance on your behalf.

5. Your content

You own the approved content packages and rendered videos Paper Route generates for you. We retain package versions, source links, and claim mappings for quality and compliance audit; you can edit or request one targeted rewrite of a package. We don’t post anything anywhere on your behalf.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Paper Route to generate content that is false, discriminatory, or that misrepresents a listing. We may suspend accounts that violate this or abuse the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be communicated on the site. Any future media-consent terms will have their own dated version before media production is enabled.
