Paper Route is a content employee for real-estate agents: you set up your market and brand once, and finished reels about your listings and your local market arrive every week, narrated in your own voice and carrying your headshot and logo. You review each one, ask for changes, approve it, then download it and post it yourself — nothing is published on your behalf.

Step by step
From signing up to posting the reel
Sign up and pick a plan
Create an account with your email or your Google account, then choose Starter, Plus or Pro on the same page. A coupon code is optional, not a requirement.
Tell it about you
Your name, your metro and the tone you want are required; brokerage, headshot, logo, brand colors, phone, contact email, website, specialties and your usual call to action go in the same step. You can change any of it later.
Record a voice sample, or don't
Voice cloning is optional and opt-in. Record 60 to 120 seconds in the browser or upload a file, and your reels are narrated in your own voice. If you skip it you keep a stock narration voice — warm, neutral or energetic — and nothing is cloned for you.
Pick how you appear
Paper Route generates three wardrobe previews from your headshot and you choose one. It's used for the scenes that show you, such as the podcast-style segment.
Reels arrive weekly, or on demand
Content packages arrive as a weekly drop. When something happens sooner — a new listing, a closing, an open house — press Generate now instead of waiting.
Read it, and ask for changes
You see the script and the caption before anything is rendered. Edit any script on the website, text what you want changed — a shorter caption, a new price, a different opening — or ask for one focused rewrite. Up to 10 edits per reel, on every plan.
Approve it
Approving the package is what starts the render: the narration, the stills and the finished reel are produced from the version you approved, and automated quality checks run on the output before it is marked ready.
Download it and post it
You get the finished reel and its caption and you post it yourself. Nothing is published on your behalf, on any network.

Your voice, your face
What you upload, and what it is used for
Your voice. Cloning is optional and opt-in. If you record or upload a sample, it is sent to our narration provider to create a cloned voice, and your reels are narrated with it from then on. If you don’t provide a sample, you keep a stock narration voice and nothing is cloned for you. The raw recording is deleted 30 days after upload either way; the clone itself is deleted when you delete your account, or sooner if you ask.
Your headshot and logo. They are composited into your reels as-is — an intro card, a corner badge, a call-to-action card — with no model involved. Your headshot is also sent to generative models as a reference image, so that scenes generated for your reels look like you: cover art, the three wardrobe previews you choose from during setup, and the podcast-style clip, a short video of you speaking generated from your headshot and driven by your own narration audio.
Consent is part of the Terms. By recording or uploading a voice sample you confirm the voice is yours and consent to a cloned voice being created from it and used to narrate your videos; by uploading a headshot you confirm you have the rights to that photo and consent to it being used as a reference image for those scenes. We record which version of the Terms you accepted, and when.
What doesn’t happen. There is no camera capture, no real-time or interactive avatar, no identity verification and no biometric matching. Your voice and likeness are never used in another agent’s content or sold, and your headshot, logo and listings are never used to train our models.
